No. Kismis is the everyday seedless raisin you buy in pouches. Munakka is a larger, darker, usually seeded grape used mostly in home remedies and some sweets. They are not interchangeable in a recipe.

Airtight container, away from the stove and out of sunlight. In coastal humidity or through a Mumbai monsoon, the fridge is safer than the shelf. Raisins pick up smells, so keep them away from masala.

250g, 500g and 1kg in all three varieties. The per kilo rate drops as the pouch gets bigger, so the 1kg works out cheapest if you use raisins regularly.

Yes, for retail orders up to ₹3,000 in serviceable pincodes. Bulk orders are prepaid or on agreed terms. COD adds a ₹29 handling charge.

Yes. Every order ships with a GST invoice. If you need it billed to a company GSTIN, add it at checkout or send it to us on WhatsApp before we dispatch.

If a pack arrives damaged, leaking or clearly off, send photos within 7 days and we replace or refund it.

Not if there is nothing wrong with it, because food safety rules do not let us resell opened food. If the quality is genuinely off, opened or not, tell us and we will sort it out.

Raisin rates change through the year. We quote on the day of enquiry and hold that rate for 48 hours.

Yes. Most bulk orders go to Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Kerala, Gujarat and Delhi NCR.

Yes, samples are for wholesale enquiries only. A 250g sample of the grade you are considering, charged at cost and adjusted against your first order. Minimum bulk order is 15kg.

10kg and 15kg cartons as standard, 25kg for regular buyers. We can pack to your own weight and label if the order repeats, though the first lot usually goes out in our standard carton.
