Shipping, returns and replacement
Last updated 24 July 2026. These terms apply to retail orders placed on this website. Bulk orders follow the terms on your quotation.
Shipping
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched from Tasgaon within 24 to 48 working hours. Orders placed on Sunday are dispatched on Monday.
Delivery time
Maharashtra: 2 to 4 days. Rest of India: 4 to 7 days, depending on pincode and courier.
Charges
Free on orders above ₹999. A flat ₹59 applies below that, shown before payment. Cash on delivery adds ₹29 handling.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent on WhatsApp and email as soon as the parcel is picked up.
Returns and replacement
Opened packs
We do not accept returns of opened packs. Raisins are a ready-to-eat food, so once a pack is opened it cannot be sold again.
Damaged, wrong or missing
If a sealed pack arrives damaged, or the wrong item turns up, tell us within 3 days with a photo and we replace it or refund it.
Refund time
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

Cancellation
You can cancel an order yourself, free of charge, for two hours after placing it, using the Cancel button on the order page. After that, message us on WhatsApp and we will still cancel it if it has not been packed. Once a tracking link is issued the parcel has left, so refuse the delivery instead and the amount is refunded after it returns to us.
Privacy
We collect your name, mobile number, email and delivery address only to process orders, send dispatch and tracking updates, and issue invoices. We do not sell or share this information with anyone outside the couriers who deliver your parcel. Payment details are handled entirely by the payment gateway. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials. If you want your details removed, message us on WhatsApp and we will do it.
Terms of use
Retail orders placed on this website are governed by the policies on this page. Bulk orders are governed by the terms stated on your quotation, which take precedence for those orders. Prices shown are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sangli, Maharashtra.
